APPLICATION:

1. Health products: direct taken directly such as tablets, capsules, oral liquids, granules, dose 5~15 g/day; as the addition of dietary fiber ingredients in health products: 0.5%~50%

2. Products: bread, bread, pastries, biscuits, noodles, instant noodles, and so on. Added: 0.5%~10%

3. Meats: ham, sausage, luncheon meats, sandwiches, meat, stuffing, etc. Added: 2.5%~20%

4. Dairy products: milk, soy milk, yogurt, milk, etc. Added: 0.5%~5%

5. Beverages: fruit juice, carbonated drinks. Added: 0.5%~3%

Polydextrose is not used as a sweetener and artificial sweeteners often means high-intensity sweeteners. Polydextrose is different from general sucrose and polydextrose soluble fiber does not contain a lot of sugar, even if consumed in large quantities it will not cause sugar accumulation in the body.

PRODUCT INTRODUCTION:

Polydextrose is a kind of water-soluble dietary fiber. Randomly boned condensation polymers of glucose with some sorbitol, end-groups, and with citric acid or phosphoric acid residues attached topolymers by mono or diester bonds. They are obtained by melting. It is white or off-white powder, soluble in water easily, the solubility is 70%. Soft sweet, no special taste. It has health care function and can supply the human body with water-soluble dietary fiber.
